Return + Refund Policy

What is your return + refund policy?

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email immediately so we can make it right. Please don't send your product back without contacting us first. We ask that all returns be sent back within 10 days of delivery.

  • Where applicable an exchange of product may be offered.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • All sale items are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to make a return + exchange?

For mail-in returns/exchanges, please email us orderspmmcandle@gmail.com. Please have the name of the item as found on your receipt, and any distinguishing color or size. Also include the reason for return, and if you would like to make an exchange, include the item or items of similar value that you'd would like in exchange.

Visit our store to return/exchange in-person. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping charges.
